Arapahoe Architects is dedicated to creating beautiful, sustainable residential homes, neighborhoods, and commercial properties in Breckenridge and the surrounding mountain communities of Keystone, Frisco, Silverthorne and Dillon. Summit County continues to expand at a rapid pace, and we love being involved in land planning and growth.

Based in Breckenridge, Colorado, we have been designing and building in Summit County and the surrounding mountain areas since 1993. We are greatly involved in our community both personally and professionally.

We believe that every project is a custom one. As mountain design experts we have the experience and expertise to bring your project to life whether it be a new custom home, remodel, commercial development or historic renovation. We absolutely love a challenge! With over 25 years experience designing in Colorado’s high altitude environment we understand how to efficiently transform a challenging site into a creative and dynamic project. Our passion for design shows through on each of our projects and we pride ourselves on being your advocate throughout the entire creative and build process.

We used the services of Arapahoe Architects in 2007-2009 in the construction of our vacation house in Blue River Colorado. Bobby and team were first engaged in helping plan the site and validating purchase viability, as the site was not an easy build. Bobby and team took our desires and met them very accurately with their first renditions. He also kept our Wright-ish style wishes in the forefront of his considerations. Bobby was instrumental in steering us to a very competent and capable builder in the selection process. He stayed engaged throughout the building process and helped in some key areas when problems surfaced. The house design received many compliments during the 2010 Parade of Homes.

Working from a plan developed for a cabin home, we added the features we wanted in our home. Bobby Craig and Dawn Crane developed a plan perfectly suited for our needs. We couldn’t be more pleased with the final product.
