Fattys Historic Restoration
A complete historic restoration of the Colorado House, an original 19th century boarding house, circa 1890. Currently a restaurant, as much of the original historic fabric was saved as possible. Using historic photographs the street front facade was re-created. The Colorado House evolved into Fattys Pizzeria in 1975.
